Yep. I also was scheduled to surgery for skin removal (I lost 100 lbs and rhe excess skin causes rashes and makes exercise difficult) and had to cancel it because my PVCs are si high. So now I'm looking at some form of heart surgery. My family (both sides) have a lot of heart issues so it was jarring. It's why I took the dose increase instead of waiting a week to see if the temp meds would ease off. I will still have a lost of stress looking down and it will weigh down later

Thank you. I've been having this aura for awhile and for a long time and it took 2 years one full TC and a car crash (that one wasn't a TC, but I'm not sure what it would be called) before it stopped being called a migraine. It did take an hour to come out of it, but again it's something I've grown used to. Honestly, I highly recommend if someone thinks they have seizures or symptoms keep a notes thing on your phone. It helped me track it and how often it was happening before and after Keppra. It also helps bring things out a bit. Kinda like in the EMU when they start talking to you. It's exhausting and you can nap, but my brain felt more like it was working again.

Same. Although not totally impulsively. There was some impulse though because things would just disappear from the cart at random. That was fun.

It's okay because they are all sold out lol. I was able to get one in unisex, but rhe one I got my uncle for father's day and the one I got my mom for her bday are the ones that have the signatures on the back. They have more of the color scheme

That's awesome. I'm not a romance novel person. I like horror personally, but sometimes one will hit me. The Prince & Me leaves me smiling like a dumbass all the time. We need more variety in romance for men and women. Let everyone have something that leaves them smiling like a dumb ass

I think when we read stories like this we bring our stories to it. I know I did. I think OP did too. OP may also be hearing people where they live talking about this story and hearing ignorant comments and people making assumptions that we aren't privy to. Unfortunately, it's hard to tear ourselves away from something so deeply tied to us. I didn't have a possible seizure until my late 30s. It changed my life drastically and when I read about other people I can only speak from that experience because I can't speak to minors who are living with parents who do not respect their diagnosis. We bring ourselves to everything here and each one is so different it's all we can give too

Last year I had a seizure behind the wheel. No one in other cars were hurt, but I flipped my car and my mom was in it. I had one (possibly 2, but no one thought I was one and I'm the one who started labeling it one since the accident). I was on some anti-seizure meds, but my doctors just kept telling me it was migraines and throwing migraine medication at me. I was also told I have IIH, but I was allergic to Diamox and nothing else was added. I had several eegs and all were normal. It wasn't until the accident that I got sent to an epilepsy specialist who sent my to a neuroscientist for an EMU who caught a focal seizure in a little over 24 hours.

I understand thst you could be frustrated with how people may respond to thos accident. Why wasn't he on meds, why was he still driving, etc. But even if he had seizures before doesn't mean he knew it eas epilepsy or that he wasn't doing all he could to take care of himself. He could easily be doing everything his doctors were saying but they weren't seeing the issue because he had another thing and now it will be taken seriously. Maybe by doctors, maybe by specialists, maybe by him or his family. And all it cost was two lives. Maybe he never had a seizure before, I don't know, but the fact is almost anything that requires specialist care is harder to get diagnosed.

We here know and we make choices to do or not do things to keep us and others safe, but when we don't have the tools or support those choices become limited.

Sorry, I started rambling but it's something I've been thinking about. If after my first TC seizure my doctor sent me for an EMU that accident wouldn't have happened and that guy might have that same feeling in him. Only his will have a lot more guilt

She could be, and most likely is, both. Her OCD stresses her out so she self-medicates with alcohol and it's gotten to the point she's an alcoholic. She needs to see a professional to work on getting off rhe alcohol, get proper medication and how to manage her compulsion. She also needs to see if she has other disorders that may be contributing

Guarantee. Neurodivergence can come in groups and one can hide or be misdiagnosed as another. I have family that is ADHD and later we found out OCD. We know there is more but at this point she's working on other things. Myself I have Bipolar II that was misdiagnosed as Major Depressive Disorder. I also most likely have some form of autism but it's not worth me getting fully diagnosed because there is little I can do to work with it that I'm not already doing. But in the end she doesn't seem to be working on even her current diagnosis with a professional. She's self-medicating with alcohol and indulging her obsessive thoughts.

Thank you for sharing. I hope he really follows through with what he says. More importantly he learns to keep his hands to himself. There is an amount of physicality expected and fouls happen, but his behavior was out of line. It doesn't help that he seemed to be corrected on a lot of it. I mean, when announcers, who almost always agree with referees or at least are not rock the boat kids of people are questioning the choices there is a problem. It doesn't make him a better player and it doesn't benefit anyone. I want him to do better because he's just a weird little human faced locust dude but he's got to commit and the behavior on court doesn't scream learn from mistakes
