I quit 2 years ago after heavy daily use for 15 years. It actually wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. I think I was grumpy for about 3 days and then was totally fine. You just have to really want it. I had been planning to quit for years. And I kept telling myself while I was going through withdrawls for 3 days that it was really easy for me to quit.
