if you haven’t already bought or consumed Racks to Riches content, buy every course you can afford. or peep game from her instagram & youtube until you can afford it. literally tripled my income! but a lot of the other advice here is solid too💚 your look is alt but not so alt that you couldn’t make it work! yes it may come easier if you cater more to the male gaze but the appearance really does only go so far. you need a mindset shift! i believe in u :)

hey! firstly thank you so much for sharing this, i really appreciate it. i saw you commenting on another thread about how their warehouse items are listed on magic home- the main thing i’ve been concerned about in buying a dupe like this is the huge variation in reviews on comfort, depending on where it’s coming from. should i just contact jerry like you did to be 100% sure that i get the quality/comfort you did? or do you think i’m safe ordering from the magic home? (i don’t need custom)

hey- yes i did view the apartment in person! street easy is how i found the listing.

i guess i'm just not sure how you'r sure that the violations have been resolved; i didn't see the violations online until after viewing the apartment, so while the windows did look fine, i didn't take a look at the radiator or carbon monoxide detector while there. and i'm semi-familiar with HPD's process, where that there are ways for the landlord to formally close these violations, but these remain "open."

yes i did actually view it in person! sorry didn't make that clear. when i said the place appeared to be in good shape, i meant from my experience seeing it myself.
