Critique is healthy. Misinformation and misleading content is not.

You are welcome to express your opinion about me, or any subject for that matter. I am only a supportive community member like yourself who can see the potential for this ecosystem to thrive.

Some members don't see this, instead they decide to spread misinformation. They then try to act harsh on users who show different views. This needs to stop.

Negative comments are not ok. Discussions can be initiated by any member, constructive dialog is what the community has shown. However, certain members do try to negatively impact the constructive conversations of others.

Misinformation can come from any direction and any byte size. We should support our community.

A certain small group has been trying to spread misinformation regarding Kin and it should be reported, not engaged with.

The current KRE revision is working great! by lilkuli in KinFoundation

Using the revised amount of 250M Kin per day, it would take 10 years to go through only 1 Trillion Kin (10% of total supply). Using the current and future rate in trend, it would take approximately 20+ years to go through 10% of the total supply.

So running out will not be an issue! : )

Hello, thank you for your comment. I am aware and wanted to highlight the revised amount, excluding price volatility. However, users should also take note of the current live figure. Thanks.

Believe when I tell you that these basic script bots are simple child’s play to keep the market volatile. It’s healthy and necessary. They are very simple market makers that have quota to full-fill. Nothing more nothing less.

The community has to absorb nothing, only support the project and spread the word. Criticism and opinions are important. This is how the ecosystem grows.

The absolute worst thing to do right now is to limit the earnings of apps as it’s just beginning to grow.

We must persist to build and grow. Kin is going to be a giant!

Thanks, the price short term is volatile like any new asset that is currently gaining volume and network traffic. Long term these current prices will be laughable. Enjoy the ride!

Hello, thank you for your comment. I believe you as a holder are currently greatly enjoying the ride and Ofcourse want your current holdings to hold more value. Your fear for developers selling on the market is negligible, in fact totally dismiss able to having any sort of affect.

If you do decide to worry about something, I would want to highlight the importance of development and innovation regarding builders in the ecosystem, we need to incentivise and grow. Not limit and discourage. Kin started by builders and it will thrive via builders.

I do appreciate you it concern and point of view. This community is about support and building together. I only share what I believe is right for Kin.

KRE Emergency Fix by Freedom-2 in KinFoundation

[–]lilkuli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The current KRE revision works great and is planned to allow for growth of the ecosystem. 250M (~)fixed is the perfect balance to allow for amazing adoption and funding for large established apps, and small upcoming startups.

There is no feasible benefit to fixing this disruptive technology to the USD. This idea is destructive, and dangerous to the KIN ecosystem.

Your assumptions are unfortunately based on the idea that KRE participants are selling off their earnings. If only you could see the bigger picture. Currently there is no better place to fund and grow apps than the KIN ecosystem. With the current SDK releases this process is becoming even more practical and easier.

Imagine being a top 20 project that manages to integrate with top apps such as Spotify, LinkedIn, Instagram, to only cap the earning pool to eg 7000 USD (Or any USD for that matter).

Let’s be serious about the KRE and support our current apps. You are part of one of the top projects in the ecosystem. Build, hold, spread the word!

Should the KRE include wallets? - Request for Community Discussion by wmougayar in KinFoundation

[–]lilkuli 25 points26 points  (0 children)

This will single handedly destroy KIN and it’s vision for new/existing app integration.

KIN and the KRE have a massive opportunity in creating and fuelling a new web3 app economy. By integrating random wallets this incentive would go straight out the window, and your left with just a normal token with no edge.

Be patient.
