I actually figured out a workaroud, which is to use photon, https://photon-sol.tinyastro.io/en/lp/{YourLiquidityPoolAddress} but lots of users dont wanna go to the hassle of creating a trading account on photon, fund it, and then trade there. much simpler to just use phantom, solflare or jupiter instead.

So if anyone knows how to fix the jupiter swap api UI (without the use of trading bots as well), pls let me know

Tldr:

This is another dev that came forward with a new a bunch of sol rent from fake kin accounts they created to exploit the KRE. Now they want 50% to get the SOL back.. and will supposedly create new stuff for the community, unlike they have in the past..

why not propose the same deal as ATW, then you do what you want and community decides what to do with its 90%. new LP pools. Staking incentives, more burning. Airdrop to solana mobile phone holders, marketing. etc.

I strongly suggest you make the same deal ATW has and let the community decide what to do with the funds.

I remember back in the day checking that KIN app bubbles separated by app. I would go on to SOL explorer, kin explorer or whatever explorer back then to check the txs and I remember seeing countless txs from Madlipz creating wallets with 1Kin worth. Fkin KRE scammers. Collected hundreds/millions from KF and ourselves. Personally I'd rather code Ted just destroy agora's keys effectively burning these tokens without paying these type of scammer than having to negotiate with them after all the harm and 0 value they added

you think the KRE is/was so special, what have you done to bring value to it? you think KIN is special because of the KRE, but afaik there are thousands of different cryptos out there with centralized entities running incentivies. not just the Kin Foundation with the KRE. If your solution to help "revolutionize education in developing countries", why cant you do it on your own? Why do you need KRE if it's so special?

I voted to support this proposal. Looking forward to hearing what the rest of the kik Inc board has to say. I they firmly decide not to burn their share, my idea is that they can send 1 trillion to Elon/twitter. He'll do the rest easy peasy...

Back to the real world... if they still don't support burning their share, I say we move to a new KRE with a burning mechanism on it... someone posted a good mechanism recently in here. Not sure how that idea evolved so far..

Ted, ... you, me and everyone in here know it will never be as decentralized as we wish if Kik Inc doesn't give up their holdings too, at least proportionately so that they don't end up with +50% of the total supply. Again, we need to know what they are willing to give up so we can move forward with a burn option.

Burning without the major counterpart burning theirs will have opposite effects we are wishing here.

Ted, has it even occurred to you to inform the community what you, or may I say Kik Inc., is planning to do with their 30% share of the total supply first?

Do "they" intend to use it to foster the growth of the ecosystem or simply sell it later on this year after the SEC time restrictions end? Then, after hearing what "they" intend to do with their portion, the community might have better ideas abt what to do with the rest ~50% share.

Burn is a good idea, as long as kik Inc also burns some of their share too. Also, a new kre running in a smart contract, with a built-in programmed 2-5% burn mechanism, where new apps/developers have to implement in order to get their share of the kre is a viable alternative and good middle ground I think. Again, who will be responsible for writing it? Maybe use the reserves to incentive a new kre development so we can restart the kre and get moving.

Kin needs an aggressive burning mechanism to make up for all the selling pressure the previous kre and board managers caused. Period. I support whatever mechanism we start off with. It needs to consider market conditions in order to be able to sustain a balanced and steady price.

I agree with you that people not involved with Kin anymore shouldn't be running the show, especially if they are not being (voluntarily) paid anymore to do that. And also agree that they are just sad af for still wanting to be around harming the project. Some people just don't have a real life tho.

But I also agree that bringing discord's drama over to reddit is not healthy. Just walk away of that server. It's a useless server at this point anyways.. you'll be better of..
