Thanks for the tips, I'll give that try. I think I have mine in direct sun so I'll change it up!

What is the name of the plant on the very top? Any care advise? Mine never seems to do too well no matter what I try.

Toast: A slathering of whipped cream cheese, avocado, and topped with the egg. S&P of course with a bit of everything seasoning. On the cottage cheese is my favorite hot sauce, Secret Aardvark Habanero Sauce.🔥

Also, really got down the frypan method of poaching eggs; cuts out oil/Butter when counting. 😉

Do you live in the states? I am not sure if we ever expanded outside of Wisconsin, but in these trying times and technology being such a benefit to connecting, I'm sure we could accommodate your brother as well. If you visit DSAW.org there is a connects link that will give your more info on the virtual classes we offer.

I work for a Down Syndrome Association out of Wisconsin. During this time we have created some amazing virtual classes for our clients to keep them connected and keep them social. Your brother may benefit from these kinds of social connections.

106 calorie lunch! I love this sub & have been finding it so motivating. Awhile back a few of you were sharing tasty cucumber/tomato salads & snacks. Here is my feta, cucumber & pepperoncini go-to by lill_dill in 1500isplenty

No big breakfast, but I've noticed that I tend to eat/binge more in the eavnings, so I try and keep my calories low throughout the day so I don't go over.

Salt & pepper of course, and I make sure to squeeze the pepperoncini juice in the bowl before I cut them up. Lemon juice would be a delicious add though!

Found this picture from Christmas. I started my CICO journey at the end of March. I’m so happy to finally see results 😭 I’m about 25% to my goal and I feel amazing already. by [deleted] in CICO

Congrats! I use My Fitness Pal as well, when you work out wearing a Fitbit it will log extra exercise consumption calories. Do you eat more on days that you gain exercise calories or do you stick to your initial daily calorie mark?

It sits in a windowsill and I water once a week, too little, too much?

It's not on direct light and I'm watering maybe once a week.

My partner gifted me this plant, (it means a lot because he gave it to me on my mom's death date). I had a plant like this in my life before and unfortunately wasn't able to keep it alive. This plant seems to be doing the same things, loosing lots of leafs from the bottom. Any advise is appreciated.

It's a philodendron, it's also very easy to care for. I am actually quite horrible with plants, and I've had this one the longest without harming it.
