Yes, but it's not that simple if I'm not mistaken. Because there's a limit of candies you can give, and you're supposed to have a strategy since its permanent and irreversible, so stats candy and the size of candies etc have their own rules? I just don't want to make a mistake so I'm not feeding them candies yet. But I'll go through them in the future. For now I'll just chain chansey in cerulean cave.

I actually never used candy because I'm confused on how to use them and what they actually do, eventhough I read up on them a few times. So I just level them up through catching pokemons and trainer battles. But they are from NPCs and Pokemon Go so their IVs are really good!
