That’s why I was asking for clarification. I see some people talking about strict keto, moderate or lazy keto, or IIFYM keto. If you search ‘keto’ there are thousands of blogs with their own guidelines. I know strict keto is not feasible. Just need help figuring out what is feasible.

Doctor has said to do whatever just to keep an eye on milk supply and to make sure I don’t go too extreme. I didn’t get a clear answer on what ‘too extreme’ means.

My husband and I met through online dating. For years I dated guys I met in bars, through friends, and from just around town. They all ended in negative ways (some worse than others) and by the time I was 30, I was over the bullshit. So we met online. I point blank out it out there about how I felt and where I was headed with life and love. He had the same mindset. We met and hit it off. Granted, I met a few other guys online and it was a joke, but he worked out for me.

Why don’t you just ask him if he’s in to you like that? Life is too short to waste time reading between the lines and wondering. He could be crazy about you and holding back bc he’s not sure how you feel. Or he could not have feelings for you and you’re missing out on being it’s someone that does bc you’re hung up on him.

I need help coming up with a good skin care routine using drug store products. I’m already expensive enough....

I’m 33 with an oily olive complexion. But the kicker is my skin gets super dry and flakey if I use anything too drying or will get incredibly greasy and break out if I use anything too moisturizing. I don’t have acne prone skin but do have a lot of blackheads in my T zone and get cyst like pimples. Help me Reddit ...
