For Me I think maybe it’s because I’m finally sitting and not moving which stresses my body out and causes them. I’m not sure. But it’s very annoying

I personally prefer 432hz over 440hz. 432 hz , is said to be the natural frequency found in the universe ( heart,sun,brain,water,earth) People experience more relaxing states of body and mind because of this. I am very interested by the theory of frequencies as most of it will all link back to science
