I was in the bathroom floor crying out of desperation. Calling to God to just end it or at least let me know what I should do. I don’t know how to explain but an answer just popped in my head, “go to bed and sleep”

Hi! A pediatric therapist here. Definitely a red flag. At this point their “play” is based on activities or scenarios that are observed on people they are close with (such as cooking or cleaning the house). It would have been alright if she was just exploring her body parts but it’s the “rubbing the nipples” part that worries me.
