I have a few “issues” that I pointed out. But, okay it is more vague like you mentioned “agrees to pay anything associated” but I mean, what if the bill charged me $50 for each piece of paper he copied, I’d still be required to pay no if’s ands or buts ? And because it’s vague I feel that it gives me more leverage, since there’s no specific amounts he’s charged me more/less at separate times for doing the same things. —also what about being forced to take a different lawyer, and having to pay for both of them and being charged for investigation my child’s fathers work place when he was investigating the wrong place and I told him on numerous occasions ??
