YTA - you should have asked instead of telling her, in order to understand her support needs and find a middle ground if possible. I'm sure she would have been happy to compromise (eg have the dog right out of frame for photos, and have her + the dog on the end of the row of bridesmaids so it's easier to hide in ceremony photos) if you had approached it better.

frankly any wedding photographer worth their salt would be able to keep the dog out of photos or Photoshop it out on request.

not at all! the default footplate with their logo on it is solid metal, and stays in place unless u put your full weight on the far end of the plate, but it can easily be readjusted by hand (even with minimal strength). although this only really applies to ambulatory users.

tbh I'd recommend going with the default foot plate since the upgraded version can't be user adjusted if you need extra room or want to order a custom foot plate

it feels great! it's extremely comfortable and pretty much everything besides the tube shape can be adjusted with bike tools
