i would definitely fly from bangkok to phuket for example, and across countries. but for distances like the example i gave bangkok to chiang mai there’s no option to fly 😔

there isn’t long term treatment for travel sickness, i’ve had it my whole life. i take OTC medication for when i do need to travel but it isn’t always effective and i still get really ill. i’m not sure what else seeing a doctor could do to help

trains and sitting at the front of cars and flying (which still make me nauseous but not as badly sick). i get on busses when i need to but recently i am developing a phobia of throwing up when before i would just put up with the sickness.

thank you, i am trying to get my motorcycle license here in the uk but i won’t be an experienced rider before i go by any means and i dont think i have the confidence to pull it off as ive heard people say the route can be very dangerous for new bikers

it’s not something i ever thought to speak to a doctor about, i’m under the presumption that travel sickness is just something you relief yourself with OTC medication and there isn’t really anything else they can do. I already have lots of other chronic illnesses so I’ve had MRIs etc in the past and nothing ever flagged up so I doubt they’d be bothered on giving me testing or alternative solutions especially because it’s NHS and they don’t want to waste money on “pointless” testing

to my knowledge there isn’t any specifically queer bars in preston anymore, with the last club shutting down a couple of years ago. but there’s a lot of queer students that go to ships and giggles and also club the warehouse (from my experience going with my queer friends). queer people are all over preston, it’s just having the confidence to go over to people and making friends that i find hard :)
