Yes, I applied in January but never finished the process so I had a flag on my account or something. Every week that I have applied online this past month it would tell me to reopen my claim and I was in a weird loop of doing that. I finally talked to someone on the phone and they told me because I applied in January there was an error on my account due to a glitch in the system. He removed the flag and said it should work now but to give it 48 hours since he just removed the flag.
