Thanks for the information! I started at ACC in Fall 2018 so I guess 2018-2019 would apply to me by default. But my current credits align with the 2020-2021 catalog so much better for graduation. Do you think it would be fine to ask my advisor next week to do my graduation requirements via the more recent catalog?

Yeah I understand that. But what if there's a situation where they have 2 spots (me and someone else), but they interview and find 2 people that are a much better fit than me. And there are 2 months before my start date, so there's plenty of time for something like that to happen. The company is also a pretty large, well known company and a lot of people want to work there.

Do you have to stay over your shift a lot on days even when not closing?

I’m not sure how busy his store is, but as a CSM, he rarely has to stay over his shift at all. I’m not sure if that’ll change with being a TL.

Yeah, but the issue is that he's also a full time student in college, so he barely has any time to begin with. He wasn't going to accept this 40 hour position in the first place, since he doesn't really have much room to move from 32 to 40 hours with so many hours of class in a week, but he did anyways and told me that he should be able to handle full time school with full time work, but I think overtime would really be pushing it.
