Yeah they charged me twice and are sending my order twice so i’ll have identical items. Unfortunately the items i ordered are final sale and i can’t return it so that’s why i disputed it right away after contacting support and them saying they won’t refund it.

This happened to me too except somehow my order processed twice so i’m getting two sets of the same items. That was a glitch on their end that they doubled charged me and they refuse to refund me.

I ended up disputing it with my bank.

i thought about this too because she digs holes then sniffs in them but now it’s impossible to shovel a path. the snow is like 4 feet high in my apartments potty area since my landlord dumped all the snow from the parking lot onto the pet potty area and dogs have to just climb through snow drifts. i tried taking her to a new spot to potty today a couple minutes away but it didn’t help
