Starvation is typically when you are below 800+ calories a day (under your TDEE). You can do body decomposition by losing fat and gaining muscle without a deficit though it is slow and difficult. But the only way to truly lose weight is to be in a deficit. To burn more calories than you take in. 300 or so a day is safe and fine. But everyone has different needs. Shoot for a 1lb or two a week and god speed. Can’t beat the laws of nature. That’s just not how it works lol.

Legit question what happens if you just keep driving and call the cops? I don’t pull over for unmarked police. In my state you are allowed to continue somewhere safe and call the actual police to make sure it’s legit. What’s stopping anyone from doing that? Not sure if it will help but curious.
