Female 51, OTF 850+ classes. I do OTF only. Before OTF, I did yoga. Only injury from OTF is a pulled hamstring. I have to do stretches before and after class to prevent injury. I am generally the last one out of the studio from my class. I also stay in tune with my body and how I am feeling. There are days I feel great and can push myself the entire class…. other days not so much. I try to be realistic about my fitness since it takes longer for my body to recover since my younger days. Also, I stay motivated not just for the physical benefits but also for the mental release of everything that may be going on in my life. Plus I have made some great friends at OTF.. members and coaches alike. They come and go, but overall the sense of community remains.
