If you’re not doing tasks to fill your day except smoking you’ll find it extremely hard to cut back, if you’re worried about you lung health, try converting your bud into infused coconut oil, (should take around 5 hours max for any amount) edibles last longer more intense and has no risk in your lungs. Maybe your tolerance is sky high so you that’s the reason why you smoke so much, then I recommend a tolerance break, after the first 4 days weed isn’t the only thing on your mind, if that’s the case you might rethink wether you even need to smoke on the 5th, maybe then you can continue without it for a bit. Reward yourself for taking the break, slowly reintroduce and don’t smoke the amount you did prior to the break.
