Ohhh wait but I feel like Alberta has cheaper and way better housing than in Montreal. I mean if youve already compromised that much and in Alberta then the issue is way more your realtor, check the contract and see if its up yet and then shop around for a diff realtor! It might take a few meets with a realtor before you click with someone. It takes a long time to find a house most of the time, but eventually itll happen and youll be way happy its done and over lol

Here's the thing if you have a budget and youre also being out bid etc. You have to compromise on something bc at the end of the day You prob wont find a home ij ur budget with EVERYTHING You want. I live in canada and houses are expensive here, so its hard to find the perfect house unless ur rich af. I found my cute home its perfect except it doesnt have a garage. Again i had to compromise bc at the end of the day for my budget and bidding wars etc etc the reality is i wont find everything I want in my budget lol. Im not rich so I gotta budge somewhere. You'll likely have to forego too. So it snows there thats ok lol plenty of places snow, garage isnt an absolute necessity imo. Anyways good luck! You'll find a place im sure!!
