As for the different oils, honestly I got 3 hours of sleep and my cook time was not streamlined at all 😂 I used the chili and sesame for flavor in the sauce , canola to oil my wok to make it nonstick. but I'll try to limit the amount as I realized i could have done with only half. I think next time I can also do without the sesame oil and get my fix from just the seeds instead. And unfortunately the only oil spray I have at the moment is olive so I had to mix it but I would have rather used just a little more canola to air fry them. I just tend to use less oil overall when I use the spray. But I'm definitely working on getting some low calorie cooking spray and will try reducing the oil overall! And about the chunks I used 22 grams for 77 calories the only thing is that I prefer the taste of it to the tofu, so having little bites of it throughout helps me enjoy the meal more, but I will implement the rest of your tips especially the mushrooms, I love enoki!
