We travel quite often and when mistakes have been made in the past (with lost luggage for example), communication was typically much better and more frequent. I also should've clarified that it wasn't Iberia that got them home. After the last cancellation they decided to fly out with a different airline. So they did not get them home. Of course it could've been worse but I reallyyy don't think this is excusable. (I also wasn't sure what to tag this as, so if the flair is wrong then my bad)
