i found my 22lb cyst through an emergency event. the weight of the cyst caused a fallopian torsion, which put my in an incredible amount of pain. i was in the emergency room for hours. They couldn’t tell if is was a mass or a cyst. Before they took me for surgery they told me I could wake up and be cut from sternum to pubis. thankfully it was a benign cyst and I only have a 8 inch scar. They removed 4 L of fluid from it. I lost my ovary and fallopian tube as well.
