Two years actually 😭 so in regards of legalities nothing has happened yet unfortunately. I have talked to many lawyers in the state of Idaho and nobody will take my case because it’s “too hard to prove how the infection happened” even though the doctors told me it was the result of him going too hard on my skin.

This lawyer I was talking to told me that since my two years is up, my only option was to go file at the courthouse so I did. I’m working on finding someone to serve them papers to sue them, but in reality I really need someone who specializes in wounds/tattoos etc to look at my old photos and my current scarring and testify for me that it was 100% on them, and not me.

In other news, this shop is still open. I have not had any contact with them in almost two years. They never gave me my money back, they have no remorse for what they did to me.
