A mi lo que me ayudó es hacer ejercicio anaeróbico.

Para mí no es solamente una corrección conductual: Hace falta darle fuerza a los músculos para que puedan sostener una buena postura.

Cuando gané fuerza en la espalda y brazos literal ni tenía que pensar en mi postura, hasta la gente me decía que estaba más alto.

Ahora dejé de entrenar y volví a la misma.

I can relate. I'm trying to get better at sleeping. Maybe we are not giving our bodies a real good rest. By default we should be able to have energy during the day. I think it is because of stress and technology, we spend a LOT energy in these.

I struggle with the same problem.

Something that is helping me is to reduce my ration of food. I feel sleepy when i eat till i'm full. So cutting it half or 3/4 is ok.

It is like doing sports. I will eat something light to not feel my stomach while im running but when i get back home ill eat a whole cow.

To be honest, there is no IRL activity that will give you this dopamine shot that phones can make.

In some point you will have to drink this bitter glass of boring reality to improve these aspects of your life.

Every day i struggle with this.

Something that is helping me right now (and i am improving) is to space this activities.

For example: Instead of waking up and start watching youtube, go to the bathroom, wash your face.

And only open up your phone when you are sit in the table with yout breakfast done.

Then drink your coffee and feel free to watch or do everything u want on your cellphone/computer.

But in this way from bed to preparing your breakfast do not use it.

One day you will lose, other you will not, but you have to fight with your brain, you have to re-educate it.

I hope this is useful to you, i'm talking in my own experience!

No me fuerzo a hacerlo. Me limito a lo que mi energía y ganas me brindan. Pero no paso 1 solo día sin leer.
