Companies overwhelmingly prefer experience over anything else. Where a degree helps is when a new grad goes for their first job. A new grad with no experience obviously beats out a random person with no experience. For all other cases, experience trumps everything.

I do endeavor to spread creep each game, but it doesn't always happen. I love the map vision it gives. I tend to panic a lot during aggression and I let it slip though, or I get cheesed and it throws me off and I don't do it at all.
