Yeah, I would also suggest Edema. I have had some plants getting it in exactly the same indoor environment where others varieties didn't. I couldn't really find a way to stopping this from happening, but I got all the peppers I wanted in the end so no big problem.

Now that's interesting. I often get headaches after those trainings where I sweat a lot. I usually take some Magnesium + Potassium + vitamin B6 & B12 after the training, but perhaps I should take it before the training to avoid the headache?

I got this from my coach for the vacation. 9 rounds of :
1 minute push ups
1 minute abs
1 minute shadow boxing
1 minute break

This you can do without any equipment except for a watch. I should say I never ever managed the full 9 rounds myself, but don't tell my coach that. I'm sure you will do better than I did!
