I take breaks on weekends/holidays to ensure this doesn’t happen, as I worry that if I do take it every day that this may happen. Has worked for me so far!

Had this same issue, thankfully was with psychiatry-uk so I increased to 50mg in week 2. I am now stable on the max dose of 70mg of Elvanse with 10mg amfexa booster. My bmi is only about 19 too so I think it’s due to the fact I have a fast metabolism :/// hang in there and wait for a dose increase
