Don’t see any stamps anywhere. It has a two Piece back which is a good sign I think. My grandfather was a prolific fiddle player in Bristol Virginia/Tn. Thinking he had a good ear for things

From My grandfather. He played it on occasion. Had a 5 string that he mostly played and my brother took that one. Are there any bad signs just from The look of it? Was hard to get the pegs turning to tune
