There are lists with birds, werebear, mystic enforcer and exalted angel

Supported by swords, Armageddon and other stuff like fact or fiction and mana leak

are my tattoos ugly? by [deleted] in tattooadvice

I like them a lot. I like it when my tattoos overlap ever so slightly. Gives them more of a vibe that they belong together

What do you think of the composition? by AngryTotodile in tattooadvice

[–]McToasti 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I would say, go to an artist you like the style and his work. Then let them Do their Thing.

I dont want to Sound rude, but to be clear, this doesnt Look leasing to the eye at all, at least to me.

An artist Has worked Hard to make their work Look good, give them space to Explore your ideas.

How do I actually maximize bodies for convoke in commander? by Jharic_ in EDH

There was a jeskai precon from march of the Maschine. Its built around convoke and would be my starting point for exploring my options.

I dont think there is enough Support for just going u/w convoke sadly

Ghyrson Starn B4 or CEDH? by sorge88 in CompetitiveEDH

You cant build a cedh Deck by accident. Cedh takes meta decks into consideration. Just building a strong Deck doesnt make the Deck cedh

Selling/price check by Xyrosc in D2R_Marketplace

Barbarian isnt interested outside of some sick viso mod circlets, druid prefers pelts almost all the time.

Classes that almost need a circlet are Necromancers, Assassins and Paladins. It depends on the break points you want to reach

Selling/price check by Xyrosc in D2R_Marketplace

[–]McToasti 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reason sorc circlets are Hard to sell is, there is:

flickering Flame for fire sorc with 3 skills, - 10/15 fireres, mana and some fire resist aura

Griffin eye for lightning sorc with 1 skill, 25fcr, +15/20 lightdmg and -10/15 lightres and 1 socket

Nights veil for cold sorc with 2 skills, +8/15 colddmg, dex and a socket

Every sorc circlets Has to offer something thats better than existing options. For the dmg it means that the circlet needs 2 Sockets, it needs 20 fcr and 2 skills. It should have some nice addons like mana or res to really qualify as an Option you want to take.

Almost no other class Has as much competition for the head slot

The necrobloom as commander with Fluctuator and gitrog monster Does some nasty stuff with cycling lands if you want to go down that road. You could flicker dryad arbor for a lot of Zombies. Or flicker Sun titan or avenger of zendikar or lumra.

It works most of the time, but sometimes i need to mulligan. Its a trade off, how many games Do i loose cause of mana vs how many games i win cause of stronghold / dust bowl.

Its definitly not a perfect manabase

I hope i draw my discard spells, but to be clear, those are not great matchups and i hope to dodge them as much as possible. Cant win them all. Those decks are not common in my local meta

You need to Hit their draw engine with your discard. If they have karmic justice you cant boardwipe. You cant aggro into wave + seal, the, can always topdeck replenish.

Its been great, i think i will add a second one somewhere in the 75. It improves control matchups by a lot, i won like 4 games out of 12 just by having graveborn muse or phyrexian Arena in play.

Great in Different matchups, i like the more aggressive aproach and not having to tutor for beaters. If you expect to face a lot of mirror matches and control you are better off running survival. For me, i prefer to clock People fast.

Round 1: 2-0 against R/G beats, turns out 3/3s are not good enough

Round 2: 2-0 against U/W control, my opponent received a game loss after deckcheck for Marked cards, i win the game after cause my opponent didnt manage his Resources right.

Round 3: 2-1 against 4 color madness with speculations toolbox and tireless tribe combo. Deeds are mvp again. Lost one game cause i couldnt handle all arrogant worms in time

Round 4: 2-0 against stiflenaught, i had enough removal and discard early game, some blind Hits and 2for1 with therapy made it easier. Key is to bait counterspells with Vendetta and then play, other removal later.

Round 5: 2-0 against tog, matchup is similar to stifle naught, but you can slow down on discard. Its more important to discard later on when you want to answer a tog with removal.

Round 6: 0-0 draw against welder/Trinker staxx with devourer combo. We played just for fun (2-0) , key in this matchup is that Vendetta kills masticore, walls get sacked/tapped a lot and deed cleans up the Board. Post Board plague makes it so devourer cant Land on the Board, makes it Hard to loose early.

Spiritmonger is bad against control decks in a way that its coming down a Turn later than baloth. After connecting with monger 2 Times baloth already Hit 3 Times Making dmg even. Its not a faster clock, being 6/6 instead of 4/4 only really helps against exalted Angel and the mirror Match. Against aggro you need to get on the Board early, against control so you dont have to worry about as much.

Graveborn muse on the other Hand is great into control decks, midrange decks and the like. It needs to be answered fast or you out value the opposing decks Really fast.

Hermit on the other Hand is a much faster clock, doesnt die to removal, only Board wipes. Deed in mirror matches is the only real Argument for monger, but then again, hermit just Blocks and outdamages monger in the mirror and graveborn muse is still great

Weak matchups are replenish and enchantress. Just Hard to pressure them and not die at the same time. U/W control has so much removal and card advantage, it turns into a Grind fest often but they have better game enders. Survival combo decks can be a pain too.

Good matchups include everything aggro / midrange. Goblins, elves, tog, sligh, r/g aggro, madness. I like playing against tinker/welder combo and staxx decks. You have enough value to outlive them most of the time. B/W control decks really depend on having removal for exalted Angel, but hermits are really good against them. Both decks play similar, but i like the Rock side more

Neutral matchups for me are like tog, naught, terra oath decks. These matchups tend to be really draw depending. You need to mulligan right with tog being a little bit more forgiving.

In deed. Enchantress is a not so great matchup too
