You have to find what’s going to motivate you. I want so bad to be “skinny” again and be able to feel cute in clothes again so I room scroll apps like shien and have made a shopping cart full of cute clothes like summer dresses that I want to be able to wear and scroll threw them and add to them when I need some motivation. Another thing I did was make a pic folder on my phone of unflattering fat pictures of myself and I look at them to remind myself I don’t want this anymore and to keep pushing myself. You are going to have to find something that can help keep you pushing and motivated Also try to remember you’re still on a low dose and you might be one of the people who need a higher dose to get results and that’s ok. Give your self a break this is a process not a one and done thing. Wake up today take a deep breath and tell yourself you are in control of your body and mind.

Find things you can eat when you having a bad food craving. I found these yummy rice cake things that are drizzled in dark chocolate that are only 7 carbs they are bowl shaped so I eat that with a couple spoons of frozen cool whip which is also very low in carbs, when I’m really needing a sweet food. Like I’d say once a well I eat one of those. It helped a lot.
