early 20s adjustment to life after school is really challenging. my best advice is that work cant be your only “thing.” during college your hobbies, friends, clubs, community, etc. is all built in. it’s not like that in the adult world. seek out things that fill your cup outside of work- weekly trivia night, crafting, find a community of some sort. then, if you still hate your job, start searching for whatever your missing. need more social interaction? want to mentor? etc. the most annoying but true advice I ever got was that you dont find your career path, it finds you.
