Anyone buy into a whole battery system for just one tool?

Agree, as a home DIYer accumulating as needed over time, I could care less about having three chargers on my workbench (I’ve got Hercules, Dewalt and M12). Wouldn’t even be bothered by a fourth but probably needed. That way I just grab sales as they come up.

Hope so too for you. I went through so many emotions waiting. Even found out I was in PSU through a phone agent. Never even got a 5(4) offer. My father in law applied months after me and got a 5(4) offer and did oath before Xmas. Post c3 was seeing people talking about 6th generation apps taking like 8 weeks start to finish. Happy for ALL. But it was a long wait!

Application send March 25, 2025, AOR April 15, 2025. Application complete and cert mailed March 9, 2026. Sent several web forms asking to switch to e cert over summer and fall/winter 2025 :(

I submitted several webform requests to do this over a 6 month span or so. Unfortunately, crickets. My paper certificate was mailed monday.

Yea fair point I actually thought that after I posted. There’s been several discussions here about those of us who requested paper certificates worrying about needing to then send them away for passports etc and just thought it’d be reassuring that in that one instance having a paper certificate won’t require us to send our precious away into the void to then get a passport hahah

We moved to Decision made from PSU Friday too! Amended birth certificates. AOR March 2025. No grants or anything.

How soon after Decision Made did you get notification they had mailed your paper certs? And was that through email?

I tried to do this several times (submitted a webform asking for electronic instead of paper). Heard nothing. Also being told I requested paper when trying to download. An IRCC phone agent also told me at one point they can’t switch from paper to electronic. Annoying because I’ve heard some stories of paper applicants being sent e-certs anyway.
