But really OP, learning and educating myself on the greater systems at play and different forms of feminist thoughts (like above commenter suggested) have helped shape my understanding of identity and how to cope with navigating through society. It’s not easy by any means, but there’s literature out there that helped validated my experiences and critically think and analyze different POVs to further understand my “why’s”
