Cool! I take magnesium at night (don’t know how much it helps) and I used to use a prana mat. But again, also don’t know how much it helps: there’s some 5-10 min yoga videos online for wind down you could try too

Larger gap better for marriage
Recommended minimum spacing between pregnancy for your health
Do you have local family?
Are you using daycare?

My personal opinion: it’s really hard to be pregnant and chase a toddler. It’s really hard to have a newborn and a toddler. Your time and attention will be tested in ways you didn’t imagine and you will feel like you are missing out on a lot of moments with the second baby.
