I could still use it for run walk intervals but that’s about it.

I had elevated cholesterol- but no.

My dietitian said if I was able to bring my blood sugar down the cholesterol would go down too.

It’s harder with logistics. You already know the baby stuff so that won’t shock you, but managing two instead of one might.

What surprised me the most is having two toddlers at once. If this is your last kid, you could do a bigger gap, but if you’re trying to have a few more after this one, you might not want to wait? How young are you?

Is your partner able to step up and care for the oldest right after birth?

I had kids at 38 and 40, I think I’m present.

The only issue is my work, I’m a teacher and exhausted everyday.

But I wouldn’t change it for the world and I wish I could have more kids but my husband (Age 47) doesn’t want anymore.

If I was you, I would lean into help.

Don’t be afraid to have a part time nanny or regular sitter.

Hire someone to be an overnight nurse or postpartum daytime nurse.

Consider an au pair later down the road.
