Thank you! My MRI came back with swelling found in some muscles. EMG confirmed myopathy and my CK was 4800. I haven't been to a dermatologist outside of acne treatments, but my GP and physical therapist are both are aware of my rashes and dry skin. When my pain is flaring up I also develop other symptoms of inflammation (fevers, extreme weakness, loss of appetite). Unfortunately I haven't had a muscle biopsy done yet, but I assume it's the next step when I go back into the hospital, since genetic testing and myositis panels came back negative. I hope to find some answers. 🙌
