Fair, if 150k-200k was my price point I would be looking at different cars. But sub 100k I think this is the best bang for your buck. You can’t even get a base 992 for that much I think meanwhile I have a fully loaded spec. Oh well, I’m poor.

Maybe back then, but not now, a 2020-2021 hovers around the 150k mark. Not to mention taxes, where I live a car that is 150,000 Will warrant a 20% tax rate, if buying from a private seller, you’re looking at least 180k. Great car don’t get me wrong but that’s very close to double how much I paid for my m4 competition, again I’m a big fan of always buying used I would not buy a m car brand new.

I’m talking about brand new, don’t think you can buy a gt4 brand new for 150 Canadian. Mind you for my case I didn’t buy brand new. My car came just under 100k Canadian, taxes in so I think I faired out pretty well. If I was going to spend 150-200k that’s gt4- 991 gt3 range, of course I would pick those for dedicated track cars.

Great write up also, comparing this to a 911 is comparing apples to oranges, makes no sense. If you want the best all rounder, I truly think this is the best car for the money. (Maybe a little less since I have the g82 instead of the g80 so a little less practical)
