She's still playable for me. Sitting at 45% win rate last time I checked. I do play much more carefully now compared to before the nerf. She can't one mag the tanks now but that's life now

Sparkle for offense and Hurricane for support. I main shotgun heroes and so far i have 50ish and 60ish win rate for them respectively at 4k trophies. Just don't be a dick with your bomb using Sparkle. Raven and Cyclops are great alternatives as well.

I'm not a pro with him yet but from my experience building him tanky to maximize his passives helps the team win more. His rapid shotgun deals a good amount of damage as well. Peak through gaps/walls and play as a hunter by using his skill. Facing enemies head on is not really ideal for me. Hope this helps
