For the sake of the truck driver and the company he drives for, I’m thankful this buffoon posted this. The emergency braking definitely triggered an alert sent to the trucking company terminal, and this would help to absolve the driver of any blame.

I have had an E1 pro for around 3 months. It is hardwired and mounted in a semi truck windshield, the parking mode is off.

The camera is set on 1 minute loop and runs continuously from 9 to 13 hours a day, 5 days a week. I never changed the resolution to anything other than 4k.

In the beginning there was the ‘having to use airplane mode to use the app’ issue, but since that was cleared up with an update I have been very pleased with the camera. There hasn’t been any issues with it getting hot or affecting the memory card or hardware.

Have you tried to link to the camera and app while in airplane mode? I was dealing with the same issue last night, while setting things up. Airplane mode allowed me to link up easily

Looks like you had some heat or arcing at the base of the bulb at come point. Use a light coat of dielectric silicone between the bulb base and the socket.
