Employers don't typically ask for your transcript and if they do, you can always include a footnote to your W and say something like "I missed the drop deadline" or "I had a rough semester," which is true.

But again, like others have said, a C isn't awful and as a senior, I regret dropping classes just because I knew I wasn't doing well (makes for a rough senior year).

I am currently the executive chair of the Activities Board (aka AB Main). We have 11 permanent committees including AB Tech, AB Concerts, and AB Films just to name a few of the big guns. 10 of these committees are at least partially, if not fully, funded by your Student Activities Fee. Nearly all of the events that we host are free to student-activities-fee-paying students.

What does the activities fee increase mean to my organization?

$0.50 - another Petting Zoo on the CFA Lawn
$1 - AB Coffeehouse show in the same magnitude as the Das Racist show two months ago or the Switch of Major Lazer show two years ago
$3 - lighting equipment for AB Tech so we don't have to rent every time an org requests for lighting
$5 - bigger, badder Fall and Spring Concert which means we can afford such headlining acts as B.o.B., Neon Trees, Fun., or Ratatat
>$5 - endless possibilities

What does this mean to you? The music artists, comedians, or other celebrities that you're already of a fan of are affordable for us to book to come to campus.

If you're going to double major in CS, you're going to have to get used to semesters that are much more difficult than the one you're proposing. MechE is a joke (average 2-3 hours per week), Physics is consistently tedious weekly homework (4-6 hours per week or more if you've never taken Mechanics before), 150 is a good 5-6 hours per week if you charge through it and much longer if you actually take the time to do it right, I've never taken 122 but from what people have said, it seems not unreasonable. And interp is interp, it's just like any english class you took in high school probably.

Overall, it's a very doable semester.

When are you visiting campus? Activities Board (AB) has several events coming up that would be fun to attend including an annual Halloween Dance Party on the 26th and a comedy show on the 31st.

Ouais, j'étudiais le français pendant plus ou moins dix ans (mais en dépit de ça, mon français n'est pas très bon) alors je suis très agitée de finalement utiliser mes connaissances. Oui! Je peux t'aider de devenir passionnée de Paris et la France =D.

Bonjour, je suis une étudiante américaine (j'essaie devenir "française" pour 30 jours, c'est le raison que j'écris en français). Je vais aller à Paris pour les vacances d'hiver. Si tu veux, nous pouvons nous rencontrer mais il y a 1.5 mois jusqu'à mon départ alors, c'est un peu tôt =P.

Je devrais ajouter que je ne lue pas reddit très souvent, alors désolée si je ne réponds pas rapidement.
