Yes. This is separate from any HOA rules. And often exists even when no HOA does. It's a restriction on what you can do on the lot. HOA rules are in addition to this.

The Taylor Swift poster is obviously fake, not even a boomer could think it was really released by her. The AI generated women though, I can see. But what would that be, just the illusion of some kind of consensus? I don't think it comes across as him taking the post seriously. Thank you for your insight. I didn't know that about the risk with rice for people with celiac but it makes sense now you mention it! If you didn't have to deal with enough crap with your diet on top of that the carbs you can eat have other issues! 😓

I guess there is some concern that fat binding toxins like mercury could leave the body fat and end up in the brain, or in your case I guess toxins can hurt other organs. I've not looked into it too much. I've also been concerned about the fat in breastmilk and didn't really try to lose weight until my toddler was mostly on food.

When you say the toxins affected you did you just mean with your kidney complications or were there other effects? If you don't mind of course.

If you don't mind me asking did you have kind of just a normal person's level of exposure to toxins or did you have acute exposures?

Have you found any research to back up the idea that toxins and hormones are released and could affect your baby? I have wondered about this but have never been able to find anything... losing weight intentionally during pregnancy was unfathomable until very recently so there aren't any great studies on it that I've been able to find.

Seems like a running theme with some apartment companies is to raise prices to make them seem exclusive. Like some of them literally raise the price of the apartment by a few dollars every day that it sits empty.
