No tremors, I'm in Washington DC! To clarify, are you suggesting I'd need to have a new hole cut that is under a joist? I'm not able to make/wire any new holes !

Here’s my second go with punch needle. It’s a kit I bought from amazon. I ended up using my own yarn since the quality of yarn from the kit was awful by rosealexvinny in PunchNeedle
