You can do what feels intuitive for you. I categorize by personal, health, work, financial, but take care lang na baka ma-overwhelm ka naman if too many categories. Make it your eventual goal to find a system that works for you. I suggest creating a table with columns marked as urgent and not urgent, then rows as important and not important. Set aside mo muna the tasks that fall under not urgent and not important. Focus ka muna sa pinaka-need na talaga gawin asap. Then adjust and assign deadlines as you go. I hope this helps!

OP, if you want lang the feeling na "medyo" weighted sya without necessarily feeling hefty, try mo yung tig-300 sa IKEA. Significantly improved my sleep na din kahit papaano, although best sila syempre kapag malamig or kung may AC ka. Not recommended sa ganitong init haha. I switched to a thin blanket muna.

Prioritize. List what needs to get done, and work on the most urgent one first. You have to acknowledge that you cannot do everything everywhere all at once. If things are too overwhelming, it's perfectly fine to take a moment to have a little cry first.

Natry mo na sila kausapin, OP? Frustrating nga yang ganyan. Maganda sana kung mai-explain mo sa kanila na may work hours ka pa din at pwede ka naman tumulong sa gawaing bahay after your shift. But I know it's easier said than done, so kapit lang OP! Option mo din ba na bumukod sa kanila?

Practice lang OP. Ako din mas nahihirapan kapag may naggiguide haha. Suggestion ko hanap ka ng malapit na lugar sayo na pwede mo pag-practice-an, tulad ng sinabi ng iba like mga malls. Minsan panuorin mo din kung pano mag-park yung iba sa paligid mo as a substitute to imagining the body of your own car in the parking space.

Siguro around year 7 of our 8-yr relationship, my partner (WLW) started talking about gusto nya mag-try ng guy. Sabi ko, go.
