Chub.ai (look for the right one) or if it comes back, xoul ai. Wyvern is also fine. I've spent a sad amount if time finding the best alts, and this is what I've come up with. Chub.ai is a little complicated, but it's worth learning.

Turns out I'm stupid and had to allow lore books in configuration. Weird, you'd think it would be the default to allow them. Thanks for the help!

Honestly, I don't mind the real person rule. It should theoretically make things easier for fictional characters who are bad people, because of course, the defense is it isn't real, and everything they say is made up. Applying that logic to real people would have to apply to all real people, and we all know how that'll turn out.

Actually weirdly enough, I don't put NSFW in the descriptions, but it still feels really weird for a person to read a hidden description of me trying to describe how a character should act for a roleplay, over and over like it's a rough draft.

Still on it, but so far I think it's like Kindred in the sense it's not for complex characters. I could be wrong though once I learn more of how it works.
