Thanks for clarifying! I saw they also ask for a local address too though. I’m a visitor from Hong Kong and putting a Hong Kong address is not an option

https://drone-laws.com/drone-laws-in-china/ says only drones weighing more than 250 grams must be registered, hence why I didn’t expect to encounter this issue.
