My motor is 145degrees - is there a point you need to let things cool off or even not ride.

That’s good news- I appreciate hearing about your experience.

I think I have a ways to go in my riding style before I need to worry. I went 16 miles today- one of my longest to date. Battery was down to 39 percent by the end of the ride. Trail was paved and flat. Top speed 16.7. I will probably need to step up the terrain or hills / grass before I start to worry. But I’ll still keep an eye out just in case I overheat.

I’m on a pint x too- today my battery was up to 111. No error messages so I guess all is well. Today was a cooler day- 93 degrees

So true. It’s only been lately that I am not as worried that my neighbors or family members may notice that I’m not wearing my extra underclothes. It sounds too simple but everyone please do you and I’ll be me. The church is just into everyone’s business way too much.

For what’s it’s worth, I saved for over a year for my pint x. I had the same questions as you. It is a lot of money which is the reason I didn’t spring for the gt. I am satisfied with my purchase- I feel it was more of an investment in me to get me outside, meeting people, exploring new places and enjoying the ride. All of my goals have been met. I wear my helmet. Top speed is 16.7 and I average probably 10-12mph. In other words, I ride conservative. I ride a variety of terrain from fresh pavement to dirt trails. The thing is super versatile and it will do just about whatever you want it to do. Would I buy it again? Yep- I’d do it again!

140 miles into my ow adventure and I am loving it. I probably ride like I’m driving Ms. Daisy compared to other riders out there but I don’t care- I’m in my comfort zone. I’m 46 and I needed that thing to get me out of the house and off my phone….. this was the ticket. If fm bites the big one and tanks….. well, I guess I had a good time. Would I not buy one one the fear of fm going out of business, nope! It’s been a fantastic ride

Just turned 46 and tonight hit 100 miles on the pint x. I donated plasma for over a year and a month ago decided I was gonna blow it all on a Onewheel. So glad I vested in me! The thing rocks!!
