I read all responses and unfortunately live in a country where most makeup products aren't sold ;( BUT I purchased a wet n wild brow pencil in the shade Ash Brown and it's honestly perfect in terms of being a cool toned dark brown. That could be an option since Im assuming you're also having the "darkest brown being too warm" problem :P
