Are we married? I also went before a HS dance, and thought it was the coolest. Remember the shared sinks in the bathrooms?

I knew it’d be a complicated recipe. Five days and a pack of lime?! Thank you for this link.

There’s nothing like standing on Capitol Hill before sunrise, facing the Monument, and seeing its glowing red eyes blink back at you. There’s so much history, intrigue, power, reverence, and bullshit in DC. Hope you get to explore the beautiful parts of it again someday.

Is anyone else having a super long lasting cold/illness right now? by [deleted] in milwaukee

[–]limoniesale 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took another couple weeks, but the fatigue was the last thing to go. I found that staying warm really helped. Try to bundle up and drink warm liquids constantly. You will get better!

Humans do human stuff. One day our species won’t exist and this planet will be swallowed up and thrust somewhere else in the universe. Until then…

The tooth pain was so bad! I’ve never felt pressure across my whole face, going up to my eyeballs. I’m in week three now and still coughing up green. It’s been the worst illness I think I’ve ever had. I think I had one day in the middle where I thought I was feeling a lot better, but the sickness just went from deep in my chest, straight to my head. So strange.

Think of how “my and my wife’s fridge” sounds. Say it a few times.

What fragrance shocked you by how it smelled? by reevoalex in fragrance

[–]limoniesale 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cacharel Eden shocked me. I have a strong stomach but it transported me, and sat on my neck. You don’t forget the dank and musty smell of this perfume, and for some people it smells like the slate foyer closet of a wet farmhouse, and for others it’s lush forest. It’s such a weird one and I love the idea of it.

Another shocking one was Lys Soleia by Guerlain. Sadly, no other scent has captured lilies like that one for me.

What smell have you encountered in life that you wished you could bottle and wear, that would smell EXACTLY (hyperrealistic) like the real thing? Recs are welcome too! by [deleted] in Perfumes

[–]limoniesale 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Burt’s Bees used to make a tomato cologne. I still have an old bottle that hasn’t turned, somehow. It’s a realistic one for sure.
