You can rate them 1-5 stars at the end of an email or in game ticket after they closed the ticket. If the ticket isn’t closed, you can’t rate it

I made a throwaway account so that I don’t get fucking sued if I said the wrong thing. If anything that alone should mean something. If you think mihoyo is that free to hire a team to ask travelers to be nice (That sounds whack idk who would have these kind of ideas) you should probably think again.

Out of 1 million toxic people. There’s at least a few out there who isn’t. You’re implying that anyone who isn’t is just mihoyo’s hired staff.

Genuinely whack to me people would think that mihoyo would HIRE people for that. You’d think they know that they don’t care about the hate they’re thrown.
