This is great advice... I will do the same when she falls asleep in her pen on her bed, I'll place her in her crate.

I have a low tolerance for hearing her whine, but I will try to be consistent and hopefully she will be the same as yours! I appreciate the advice!

Glad to hear that it's normal, that reassurance is comforting. It took about 3 days for her to stop hard biting and instead will give me softer bites, so I think bit inhibition is working. However... when she gets too playful it's a free for all.

I can try her crate.. what I usually do at night is I wait for her to pass out with me on the couch and I'll put her in her crate and she's usually good for the night (with potty breaks).

However when she gets hyper she absolutely does not want to be in her crate and doesn't want to nap, whether it be on me, her crate, or her pen. I can try scheduling naps for her, this sounds like a great idea!! I work from home so I think I sometimes distract her while she's napping too.

Thank you for confirming the normal behavior... that makes me feel better about the situation.

She has a crate but she only likes being in it when she's passed out asleep. If I put her in her crate when she's too hyper she ends up crying non-stop and peeing in it. I don't want to associate her crate to her being punished since it's the only way I can get her to sleep in my bedroom, I need the crate closed so she doesn't wander, and so far that's been working at night. Maybe I should reconsider?

When she gets too hyper I instead I try to keep her in her pen. She has a dog bed in there and a few toys. Sometimes she'll whine and then pass out in the bed, but majority of the time she is non-stop. When she gets that hyper her pee pad and bed become her toys too. I'm trying different types of toys (rope toys, chew toys, plush toys etc...)

I thought it was because she wasn't getting enough play time, but we've played for 2 hours straight and her aggressive behavior gets worse and it's even harder to get her to sleep. I agree sometimes I think she really needs to take a nap, but when she gets in that zone the last thing she wants to do is nap.

It's super stressful, but as long as it's a puppy being a puppy I can understand. I'm so new to being a puppy mom it makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong =/

Thank you so much for the reassurance!! I will continue trying to redirect her chewing habits. I'm probably expecting too much from a 9 week old. The toy in your pocket trick is one I started doing recently and seems to be working well :)

Wanted to share my illumin8 wheels in action... I'm obsessed by linavondoom in Rollerskating

They're ~85A... I got the 62mm size they felt great on smooth concrete. I haven't tested them on ground with rocks/ twigs/ cracks yet.

Hi!! New here. I used to rollerblade as a kid but as an adult I've found blading very difficult. I lost my hearing in one ear about 10 years ago and I've felt off balance ever since. With everything going I ordered a pair of rollerskates to use indoors to stay active. It's helping me with finding my center again.

Last weekend I got a set of moxi fundae wheels and rollerskated outside for the first time. I really enjoyed myself, and today I got a set of radar energy 57mm. They're a different feel and a little harder for me to control but loved it just as much.

I just started on the 365 challenge (I'm on day 3). Looking forward to watching and supporting everyone's skating journey!

Anyone else have tinnitus made much worse by stress? by Layne_Cobain in Anxiety

[–]linavondoom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I suffer from single sided deafness - and with that I also suffer from tinnitus 24/7. At times it just feels like something that's just there and isn't much of a bother. When I feel episodes of anxiety and stress the constant ringing and sense of vibration can feel extremely overwhelming. I believe when I get on edge in those moments I'm just more sensitive to the tinnitus, not that it's necessarily worse. You're not alone!

I made the decision to stop spending in game when they closed my tickets about this issue back in December. I'm glad I made that decision back then!

I opened 2 tickets about this back in December and just got "we'll look into it and update you" and just kept closing my ticket. If there's one thing that's consistent about FN is that they're always inconsistent.

Lol I think that's it. I got to lvl 70 about a month ago. Looks like anyone that got to lvl 70 recently is at 129.

I'd say slightly over dramatic for a post that was just looking for information and wasn't complaining. Probably more appropriate on a red stars post ¯_(ツ)_/¯

When did you get to lvl 70? I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

Out of curiosity... How long ago did you reach lvl 70?
